Today I am thankful that even in the tough times we can know that God loves us and wants what is best for us. It is hard to understand why things have to happen the way they do sometimes, but if we trust in the Lord, we can rest secure in the knowledge that He is there and He knows what is going on, why it is happening, and how to make it work for our good, and for His glory. Thank you, Lord, for being so good to us. Never let us lose sight of that, even when we can't see or understand the "bigger picture" they way you can.
